ABD has started commercial operations at its Moradabad bottling facility in Uttar Pradesh with an initial capacity of 6 million cases per year. The unit was acquired in January 2026 for about Rs 70 crore and upgraded with about Rs 40 crore. This strengthens ABD's manufacturing footprint in UP, one of India's fastest-growing spirits markets. ABD has announced over Rs 600 crore investment in the state, including the Moradabad unit and an integrated dual-mode distillery.
New capacity supports UP growth, improves service efficiency, and drives cost benefits via in-house bottling and lower franchise fees. Positive for margins.
