Amanaya Ventures onboards first Aurel franchisee in Chamba

Amanaya Ventures has appointed M/s Dharam Pal Bullion and Jewels as the first and Founding Franchisee of its Aurel Forever Yours jewellery and bullion brand. The 5-year agreement grants exclusive brand rights in Chamba District, Himachal Pradesh. One-time fee is Rs 10,000 plus GST, with no royalty during the initial term. The outlet was inaugurated on 11 October 2026, marking the start of the companys franchise-led retail expansion for physical gold and silver bullion, jewellery and allied products. The franchisee partners are members of the maternal family of promoter and CFO Mr Manan Mahajan, though the company says this is not a related party transaction under the Companies Act.
