Amber Enterprises has been allotted 100 acres of land by YEIDA at Sector 8 near Jewar Airport for a new manufacturing facility. Its step-down subsidiary Ascent-K Circuit received 16 acres at Sector 10. Combined planned investment is INR 6,785 Crore over a phased period, expected to create over 3,000 direct jobs. The expansion will boost manufacturing capacity, promote localisation under Atmanirbhar Bharat, and strengthen domestic production of critical components.
Major capex of INR 6,785 Crore signals strong growth push; could boost long-term revenues but raises execution and capex risks.
