Ambika Cotton Mills reported that its 6,048 spindle expansion is already operational and an additional 6,480 spindles are nearing completion, with the total Rs 50 Cr cost fully met from internal accruals. The company also announced a modernization of Unit IV, upgrading existing 43,000 spindles to 45,000 spindles at an estimated Rs 135 Crores, again fully funded from internal accruals. The modernization will run from November 2026 to March 2027, aimed at strengthening production base for higher productivity and better quality.
