Ambuja Cements has completed allotment of shares to eligible shareholders of Sanghi Industries under their scheme of arrangement. Exchange ratio: 12 Ambuja shares of Rs 2 face value for every 100 Sanghi shares of Rs 10 face value. NCLT approved the scheme on February 9, 2026; it became effective March 12, 2026. Record date was April 6; allotment was done April 10. NSE and BSE granted trading approvals, and trading in the newly allotted shares commenced on June 30, 2026.
Sanghi shareholders now hold tradable Ambuja shares; existing Ambuja shareholders see equity dilution from new shares issued for the merger.
