Ambuja Cements Board approved unaudited Q3 and 9M FY26 results. Consolidated Q3 revenue was Rs 10,180.52 crore versus Rs 8,498.10 crore a year ago. PAT fell to Rs 366.97 crore from Rs 2,662.97 crore, hit by exceptional items of Rs 258.17 crore. Standalone revenue was Rs 5,908.67 crore with PAT at Rs 203.99 crore. Managing Director Ajay Kapur will superannuate on January 31, 2026, and cease as Director and KMP. Two new Senior Management Personnel were appointed.
MD transition may prompt succession focus; weaker Q3 profit on exceptional items could weigh on sentiment, though revenue growth stays steady.
