On the reaction day the stock moved 2.7 pts more than Nifty 100 and 2.4 pts more than its Cement & Cement Products peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

Deutsche Bank disclosed that Endeavour Trade and Investment refinanced one facility from its 20 October 2023 agreement with a new facility dated 21 October 2026. The security over 1,663,381,052 Ambuja shares, equal to 66.94% of capital, was extended to the new lenders. No shares were bought, sold, released or added, so the encumbrance did not change. Deutsche Bank entities separately reported 885,189 voting shares, or 0.04%, unrelated to these facilities.
This is a refinancing, not a stake sale. Ownership and voting control are unchanged, but the pledged Ambuja shares remain restricted as security.
