Board-approved Q2 and first-half results show revenue from operations up 113% year on year to ₹16,598 lakh. Net loss narrowed to ₹2,835 lakh from ₹4,192 lakh, but the first-half loss was ₹6,428 lakh. Operating cash flow was positive ₹6,522 lakh. Equity fell to ₹1,650 lakh against ₹118,377 lakh of borrowings. A ₹118.04 lakh mineral cess reversal helped profit. The proposed merger into Sagar Cements still needs approvals.
Shareholders face continued losses and very high borrowing despite stronger revenue and cash flow; merger approvals may add volatility.
