Anik Industries FY26 results: revenue up, standalone profit down sharply

Board approved audited results for Q4 and FY ended 31 March 2026. Standalone net sales grew to Rs 14,406 lakhs from Rs 11,637 lakhs (up about 24%), but net profit fell to Rs 157.30 lakhs from Rs 388.31 lakhs. EPS dropped to Rs 0.57 from Rs 1.40. Q4 standalone swung to a loss of Rs 53.57 lakhs. Consolidated, the company posted a net loss of Rs 93.54 lakhs versus a profit of Rs 303.96 lakhs. Auditor B. Shroff and Co issued an unqualified opinion. Board also appointed K.G. Goyal and Co as cost auditor and MMM and Co as internal auditor for FY27.
Topline grew but profits fell sharply and consolidated turned to a loss, which may weigh on the stock. Investors should track margins and the new township JV investment.
