Nitesh Shahra, a member of the promoter group of Anik Industries Ltd, has disposed of his entire 4,98,172 equity shares (1.79% of the company's capital) by way of an off-market gift transfer to his daughter, Ms. Gauri Shahra. The transaction was carried out on 28th March 2025 and disclosed on 29th March 2025. After this disposal, Nitesh Shahra's individual holding in the company stands at zero shares. Since the shares were transferred within the promoter family (father to daughter), the overall promoter group's combined shareholding in Anik Industries remains unchanged.
