Anlon Healthcare's board approved CFO Hitesh Makwana's resignation citing pre-occupation and appointed Naimish Bhatt as new CFO. Independent Director Shailesh Thakkar also resigned citing health issues, with Kishan Raja appointed as new ID. Q3 FY26 revenue fell to about Rs 35.58 crore from Rs 71.36 crore year-on-year, with a loss of Rs 2.49 crore against a profit of Rs 10.61 crore last year. Nine month FY26 profit stood at Rs 18.02 crore.
Sharp Q3 revenue drop and swing to loss may pressure the stock. Multiple leadership changes add near-term uncertainty for shareholders.
