Anupam Finserv reported strong growth in Q3 FY26, with total revenue from operations at Rs 1,25,02,900 vs Rs 96,68,140 in Q3 FY25, a rise of about 29%. Profit after tax for the quarter jumped to Rs 40,30,380 from Rs 14,50,450, roughly 2.8x year-on-year. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue grew about 46% to Rs 4,18,99,590, while PAT surged to Rs 1,64,03,350 from Rs 48,52,580, a jump of around 238%. The financing segment remains the key driver, while leasing income continued to shrink. Auditor CGCA & Associates LLP issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications. A note disclosed that a bank account (Rs 2.82 lakh) frozen since Feb 2021 by the Cyber Cell, Hyderabad, linked to fintech partner Yomoyo Blossom, was unfrozen in late 2025 and funds were realized on January 2, 2026.
Sharp YoY growth in both revenue and profit signals strong operational momentum and is likely to be viewed positively by shareholders; however, the scale of the business remains small and past cybercell-linked account issues are now resolved.
