Unitholders of Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust have approved a change in sponsor structure through postal ballot (results received May 7, 2026). Epic Green Urja Private Limited (EGUPL), a portfolio company of Infrastructure Yield Strategy managed by EAAA India Alternatives Limited, has been inducted as the new Sponsor effective May 19, 2026. Simultaneously, SEPL Energy Private Limited has been declassified as Sponsor effective the same date. The change has been undertaken in compliance with SEBI InvIT Regulations and the relevant SEBI circular dated July 11, 2025.
The sponsor change marks a shift in the ownership structure of the InvIT with EAAA-managed entities now holding the sponsor role. Existing unitholders should monitor for any后续 changes in investment strategy or asset pipeline under the new sponsor.
