Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust has informed the Exchange regarding Disclosure of material issue

EAAA Real Assets Managers Limited, the Investment Manager of Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust, has announced the appointment of Mr. Nilesh Shukla as Chief Financial Officer with immediate effect. The appointment was approved by the Board based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and Audit Committee. Mr. Shukla is a Chartered Accountant with over 18 years of experience in infrastructure, investment management, and professional services. He previously held senior leadership positions with Anantam Highways Trust, Vertis Infrastructure Trust, and Cube Highways Trust, and has also worked with Deloitte, KPMG, and PwC.
