Anzen India Energy Yield Plus Trust (an InvIT managed by EAAA Real Assets Managers Limited) has completed the acquisition of 74% equity shares of Solaire Surya Urja Private Limited and other securities of Enviro Solaire Private Limited from its Sponsor, SEPL Energy Private Limited. The transaction was carried out under the Share Purchase Agreement signed on January 23, 2026, following the initial intimation dated February 28, 2026. Both target companies are operating in the solar energy space, expanding the Trust's renewable energy portfolio. The intimation has been filed with BSE (scrip codes 543655, 974400, 976475, 977319) and NSE (symbol: ANZEN) under SEBI InvIT Regulations.
Positive for unitholders as the Trust has expanded its solar energy asset base through a sponsor-led acquisition, strengthening its renewable energy portfolio. Since the targets are private companies and the acquisition was from the Sponsor, no open offer obligation is triggered, and the deal is now fully consummated.
