On the reaction day the stock moved 0.6 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.5 pts less than its Rubber peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Apcotex Industries signed an agreement to buy 720,000 equity shares of Amplus Ampere Private Limited from NRB Bearings for Rs 72 lakh, acquiring a 1.275% stake. The Indian solar power entity was incorporated in March 2021, and its reported three-year turnover is Rs 17.2451 crore. The deal supports captive solar use and should close within seven days or a mutually agreed extension.
The purchase may improve access to captive solar power, but the small 1.275% stake is unlikely to materially affect earnings or control.
