On the reaction day the stock moved 1.6 pts more than Nifty 100 and 1.2 pts more than its Hospital peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
NSE gave a no-objection letter on December 23, 2025, for Apollo Hospitals' proposed composite scheme of arrangement. The scheme involves demerging an identified business undertaking of Apollo Hospitals into Apollo Healthtech Limited, and merging Apollo Healthco and Keimed Private into Apollo Healthtech. Apollo Healthtech will be newly listed on NSE and BSE. Competition Commission of India had approved the transactions in September 2025. Scheme still requires NCLT filing plus shareholder and creditor approvals.
Progress toward restructuring and separate listing of Apollo Healthtech; value unlock potential but subject to further approvals.
