On the reaction day the stock moved 1.4 pts more than Nifty 100 and 1.2 pts more than its Hospital peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Equity shareholders (90.44% in favour, 9.56% against) and secured creditors (100% in favour) approved the composite scheme at NCLT-convened meetings on June 24, 2026. The scheme provides for demerger of the Identified Business Undertaking of Apollo Hospitals into Apollo Healthtech Limited (Resultant Company, to be renamed Apollo Healthco Limited) and amalgamation of Apollo Healthco Limited and Keimed Private Limited into the Resultant Company. Shares of the Resultant Company will be listed on BSE and NSE.
Key NCLT step cleared; scheme moves to next stage. Eligible shareholders will get shares in the new listed entity once effective.
