Apollo Tyres appointed Ravi Kumar Shingari as Chief Financial Officer from November 4, 2026. He joined in 2018 and was Vice President covering finance, tax, legal and investor relations. Unaudited consolidated September-quarter profit after tax rose 13% to Rs 292.29 crore on revenue of Rs 7,968.15 crore; earnings per share was Rs 4.62. It plans to raise up to Rs 1,000 crore through non-convertible debentures, pending shareholder approval.
The internal CFO appointment supports continuity. Profit growth is positive, but the proposed debt raise may increase leverage and interest costs.
