Mas Services Limited, the Registrar and Transfer Agent for Arcee Industries, has submitted a certificate under SEBI Regulation 74(5) confirming that all securities received from Depository Participants for dematerialisation between 1 July 2026 and 30 September 2026 were confirmed to the Depositories within 15 days. The certificates were mutilated and cancelled, and the Depository names were substituted in the register of members within the required 15-day timeframe. The register of members has also been updated accordingly.
