Archidply Decor Limited has informed the Exchange about Approval of Scheme of Amalgamation of Promoter Group Entities

Archidply Decor Limited has received intimation that the NCLT Guwahati Bench has approved two schemes of amalgamation within its promoter group. The first scheme involves Ravi Marketing and Services Private Limited amalgamating into Assam Timber Products Private Limited, and the second involves Vanraj Suppliers Private Limited amalgamating into Sri Shyam Tea Private Limited. This restructuring consolidates shareholding within the promoter group, with shares from the absorbed entities vesting in the absorbing entities. The company has clarified that there is no change in the overall promoter group shareholding and no change in control or management of the listed company.
