ARCL Organics Ltd has completed the purchase of land and taken over possession of plant and machinery from Vishvam Formalin located at Kadadra, District Gandhinagar, Gujarat. The acquired assets include land, industrial plant, machinery and related equipment currently used for manufacturing powder resins. The total consideration is Rs. 23 Crores (plus applicable GST). One sale deed involving Mr. Hasmukhbhai Patel and Angel Resins is still pending execution, and the company will now apply for change of name in various licenses. The company expects this acquisition to strengthen its manufacturing footprint and enhance operational capacity.
