Aries Agro has inaugurated a new manufacturing unit at GIDC Sayakha Industrial Estate in Bharuch, Gujarat, on 12th February 2026. The unit will add 6,000 MT per annum of capacity, taking the company's total capacity to 1,01,400 MT p.a. from the existing 95,400 MT p.a. (current utilization at 76.32%). The project involves an investment of Rs. 34.99 Crores, funded through a bank term loan and internal accruals, with production expected to commence by end of March 2026. The rationale is import substitution and backward integration for Boron and NPK water-soluble fertilizers.
