Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Arihant Capital Markets received 'no adverse observations' from BSE and 'no objection' from NSE on June 25, 2026 for its composite scheme of arrangement. The scheme involves merger of Arihant Financial Services into ACML and demerger of distribution, merchant banking, and NBFC businesses into Arihant Elite Financial Solutions. AIBSL and AMMWML are also transferee companies. Observation letters are valid for 6 months, within which the scheme must be filed with NCLT.
Milestone for internal restructuring; NCLT approval, shareholder and creditor consents still required before scheme becomes effective.
