Aris International appoints two independent directors to the board

Aris International board on Oct 16, 2026 approved the appointment of Ms. Hemant Kumar (DIN 11599649) and Mr. Kunal Khaitan (DIN 11186134) as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors for five years, from Oct 16, 2026 to Oct 15, 2031, subject to shareholder approval. Both have cleared the Independent Director Databank self-assessment and are not debarred by SEBI. Ms. Kumar previously served on Raigarh Trading Co. board and sits on committees of Colab Platforms. Mr. Khaitan holds directorships at Central Cables Limited.
