On the reaction day the stock moved 0.6 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.4 pts less than its Other Construction Materials peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Arisinfra Solutions has signed a five-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited (CIL) to supply construction and building materials for CIL's infrastructure, commercial, and real estate projects. The minimum aggregate value of the deal is ₹800 crore, spread over 60 months from the effective date. The order is domestic in nature, not a related party transaction, and the promoter group has no interest in CIL. CIL and its subsidiaries/associates will be the buyers of these materials.
This is a sizeable, long-term supply order that provides revenue visibility for Arisinfra over the next five years. For shareholders, it signals a strong business tie-up with a major infrastructure player, which could support future growth, though actual revenue will depend on material procurement volumes year by year.
