Arisinfra Solutions will acquire a 16% stake (16,000 shares) in its material subsidiary Buildmex-Infra Private Limited for INR 60 crore in cash from an existing shareholder. BIPL operates in infrastructure and construction materials trading, with turnover rising from INR 17.93 crore in FY24 to INR 179 crore in FY26. Separately, the board approved a corporate guarantee of up to INR 20 crore for NCDs to be issued by wholly owned subsidiary Lionheart Trading.
