Arkade Developers has acquired a 6.28-acre freehold land parcel at Kasarvadavali, Ghodbunder Road in Thane West for ₹172.48 crore (including stamp duty). The company plans to develop a mixed-use project with 9.26 lakh sq. ft. of RERA saleable area, offering 2, 3, and 4 BHK residences along with retail and commercial spaces. The project has an estimated gross development value (GDV) of ₹2,000 crore and is expected to launch in early 2026. JLL India advised on the deal. This marks Arkade's entry into the Thane market, expanding beyond its existing central Mumbai footprint in Kanjurmarg, Mulund, and Bhandup. The chairman also referenced the FY25 acquisition of a 4-acre Goregaon parcel (₹3,000 cr GDV) as part of the company's growth strategy.
