35th AGM concluded via video conferencing; voting results awaited

Arrowhead Separation Engineering held its 35th AGM on September 16, 2026 via video conferencing from 3:00 PM to about 3:35 PM. 10 members and 3 independent directors attended. Chairman and Managing Director Ajit Mundle called it an excellent financial year and addressed shareholders on performance and growth. Statutory and Secretarial Auditor reports had no qualifications or adverse comments. One shareholder spoke and raised queries which the chairman clarified. All resolutions were put to remote e-voting open from September 12 to 15. Voting results will be announced within 2 working days.
