Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Arvind Fashions is buying the remaining 31.25% stake in its subsidiary Arvind Youth Brands (AYBPL), which runs the Flying Machine apparel brand, from Flipkart India for Rs 135 Crores in cash. After the deal, AYBPL becomes a wholly owned subsidiary. AYBPL posted a turnover of Rs 432.16 Crores in FY25, lower than Rs 472 Cr in FY23. The transaction is a related party deal (Flipkart is related to AYBPL) and was approved by the Audit Committee at arms length valuation.
Full ownership of Flying Machine brand (Rs 432 Cr revenue) gives better strategic control and profit share, no open offer triggered.
