On the reaction day the stock moved 0.8 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 1.6 pts more than its Civil Construction peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The sale of entire stakes in five Ashoka Concessions subsidiaries to Maple Infrastructure Trust has been delayed. The target completion date, previously extended to September 30, 2025, is now November 20, 2025. The firms covered are the Bhandara, Durg, Belgaum Dharwad, Sambalpur Baragarh and Dhankuni Kharagpur tollways.
The delay postpones any sale proceeds and leaves the disposal incomplete. The transaction remains active and has not been cancelled.
