Ashoka Buildcon's wholly owned subsidiary, Ashoka Bowaichandi Guskara Road Private Limited, has achieved financial closure for a National Highway Authority of India (NHAI) Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) project. The project involves developing a 4-lane economic corridor from Bowaichandi to Guskara-Katwa Road (NH 116A, Package-3) in West Bengal, with a bid project cost of Rs. 1,391 crore (excluding GST). Construction period is 910 days with a 15-year operation period from the commercial operations date. NHAI noted the financial close on June 2, 2025, following submission of executed financing documents. This is an update to the company's earlier announcement dated January 6, 2025.
Achieving financial closure is a key milestone that allows the subsidiary to start drawing on project funding and begin construction, which is positive for revenue recognition and execution visibility. The Rs. 1,391 crore project strengthens the company's order book and underscores its continued pipeline from NHAI.
