Ashoka Buildcon reported FY26 total income of Rs. 5,952.2 Cr, down 17% from FY25's Rs. 7,187.8 Cr. Q4 FY26 income was Rs. 1,818.6 Cr, a 10% decline from Q4 FY25. Despite lower revenue, EBITDA margin improved to 10.7% in FY26 from 9.4% in FY25. Full-year PAT surged 63% to Rs. 320.4 Cr vs Rs. 197.2 Cr in FY25. Standalone debt stands at Rs. 1,127 Cr and consolidated debt at Rs. 2,778 Cr. The company received multiple LOAs including a Rs. 846.4 Cr project in Saudi Arabia, Rs. 241.9 Cr bridge project in Bihar, and a Rs. 1,136 Cr modernization project in Maharashtra. Total order book stands at Rs. 15,312 Cr. Credit rating was upgraded to AA (Stable) by Acuite.
Revenue decline is concerning but margin improvement and strong PAT growth indicate better cost control. The large order book of Rs. 15,312 Cr provides revenue visibility. New international orders and credit rating upgrade are positive signals for investors.
