On the reaction day the stock moved 0.2 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250 and 0.4 pts less than its Civil Construction peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Ashoka Buildcon and Serneke International ended the Ivory Coast drinking water EPC contract early. The project involved building 100 wells and supplying and installing a water unit for 35 villages, with a bid price of EUR 18.50 million. Delays in approvals, land availability and drawing approvals led to closure on September 19, 2025. Neither party has further obligations, and the company says there is no negative financial impact.
Neutral for shareholders: the project was settled without further obligations, and Ashoka Buildcon expects no negative financial impact.
