On 28 August 2026: Hariram Garg will step down as Managing Director on 28 September for health reasons but remain Chairman and non-executive director, subject to shareholder approval. Sunil Garg, his son, will become Managing Director for five years through 27 September 2031, subject to shareholder approval. Rajesh Garg resigns as finance chief on 7 September; Raunak Garg replaces him. Akhil Manglik was renewed for five years from 6 September 2026.
Planned successors may limit disruption, though the health-related Managing Director exit and family succession may keep governance in focus.
