Astec LifeSciences published unaudited results for the September 2026 quarter and half year. Consolidated Q2 income from operations was Rs 72.64 crore, down from Rs 84.29 crore in June. Net loss widened to Rs 37.40 crore from Rs 18.71 crore in June and Rs 24.42 crore a year earlier. Half-year income was Rs 156.93 crore and net loss Rs 56.10 crore. Q2 EPS was minus Rs 16.79. Debt-to-equity improved to 0.99 from 1.15; net worth was Rs 335.10 crore.
Widening losses and lower net worth may pressure the share price, although lower debt and an unmodified limited review offer some support.
