Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Aster DM Healthcare will hold an NCLT-ordered meeting of unsecured creditors on March 10, 2026 at 2 PM via video conferencing to approve the scheme of amalgamation with Quality Care India Limited (QCIL). QCIL operates CARE Hospitals, KIMSHEALTH and Evercare with 4800 plus beds across India, backed by Blackstone (68.09%). Aster is the transferee company and will issue consideration shares to QCIL shareholders per the share exchange ratio. Creditor cut-off date is October 31, 2025.
Procedural step toward completing the Aster-QCIL merger. Shareholders should track creditor approval and the next NCLT sanction hearing.
