Aster DM's material subsidiary KHML approved capacity expansion at KIMSHEALTH Hospital, Trivandrum. Adding about 184 beds to existing 795 beds (currently 75% occupied). Total capacity will reach about 979 beds by May 2028. Investment of around Rs. 134.4 crore, funded 70 percent by debt and 30 percent by equity. Move addresses space constraints and supports future growth.
Growth-positive but funded mostly by debt, which may lift leverage. Should support revenue and occupancy gains at the Trivandrum hospital post-2028.
