On the reaction day the stock moved 5.0 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Atharva Poly-Plast resubmitted FY26 standalone financial results in PDF format to BSE after the exchange flagged non-compliance (XBRL only, no PDF) under SEBI LODR Reg 33. Auditors gave an unmodified opinion. FY26 revenue rose to about Rs 54.39 crore from Rs 47.54 crore; net profit grew to about Rs 6.47 crore from Rs 5.07 crore. EPS at Rs 5.24 versus Rs 4.11. No dividend declared.
Procedural resubmission fixes a compliance gap with no change in fundamentals; FY26 results show revenue and profit growth.
