Athena Global Technologies has leased its entire 16th floor (North & South Wing), about 125,049 sq ft, in its commercial project 'Centaurus by Pheonix' to FedEx Express Transportation and Supply Chain Services (India). The lease runs for 5 years starting February 1, 2026, with annual rent of around ₹8.70 crore (₹72.5 lakh per month), and a 15% rent hike every 3 years. FedEx has deposited ₹4.35 crore as interest-free refundable security, and there is a 3-year lock-in plus a 5-year renewal option. The transaction is not a related party deal, and the promoter group has no stake in FedEx.
This gives the company a long-term, predictable rental income stream from a strong global tenant, adding a real estate revenue line alongside its technology business. For shareholders, it improves earnings visibility over the next decade and validates the commercial viability of the Centaurus project.
