Ather Energy's new Factory 3.0 at Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (formerly Aurangabad), Maharashtra, will now begin production in October 2026, delayed by three months from the original July 2026 timeline. The delay is due to an Environment Clearance approval received in September 2025, which was originally not required as per the April 2025 prospectus. The factory is still under construction and the company has reaffirmed its commitment to completing it.
Three-month slip in new plant commissioning timeline due to environmental clearance. Construction cost outflow extends, revenue from new capacity pushed back.
