Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Atlanta Electricals has informed the exchanges that the trading window for its shares will be closed from Thursday, October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ending September 30, 2026. The closure applies to all designated persons, their immediate relatives, and those sharing a material financial relationship with them, as required under SEBI insider trading rules. PAN-level trading restrictions have been imposed via CDSL. The board meeting date to approve the results will be announced later.
Routine regulatory filing. Designated persons cannot trade until 48 hours after Q2 results are announced. No material impact for retail investors.
