ATLANTAA Q3 FY26: Standalone revenue from operations fell to 454.22 lakhs from 1,400.35 in Q3 FY25. Standalone PAT swung to a loss of 1,590.53 lakhs in 9M FY26 from a profit of 4,982.81 a year ago. Consolidated 9M PAT loss of 2,332.43 lakhs vs profit of 3,324.07. The loss includes a one-time charge of around 21.80 crores in Q2 linked to a non-renewed bank guarantee for a UP PWD arbitration matter. Auditor issued an unmodified opinion.
Shareholders face a steep profit decline from a one-time legal charge and weak core operations. Unmodified audit opinion offers limited comfort.
