ATLANTAA LIMITED posted Q1 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs. 529.09 lakhs, up about 58 percent from Rs. 334.85 lakhs in Q1 FY25. However, standalone PAT swung to a loss of Rs. 394.49 lakhs from a profit of Rs. 53.85 lakhs, dragged by Rs. 300 lakhs in court settlement costs for older projects. Consolidated PAT was also a loss of Rs. 506.39 lakhs versus Rs. 171.03 lakhs loss a year ago. A Rs. 60.15 lakh court refund provided some support. Auditor issued an unmodified limited review opinion. AGM set for September 29, 2026.
Strong revenue growth is positive, but the sharp swing to losses and higher finance costs raise near-term profitability concerns.
