ATN International Company Secretary Shri Amitava Das passes away

ATN International Limited has informed stock exchanges about the sad demise of Shri Amitava Das, the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, on 6th December 2025. The intimation under SEBI LODR Regulation 30 cites reason for change as Death with date of cessation 6th December 2025.
