Standalone quarter ended 30 Sep 2026: revenue rose 29% to Rs 170.34 lakh from Rs 132.08 lakh a year earlier, while profit after tax rose 7% to Rs 3.63 lakh from Rs 3.38 lakh. Excluding other income, operating margin before interest, tax and depreciation improved from negative 10.7% to negative 8.4%. Standalone half-year operating cash flow was negative Rs 120.16 lakh. The Board plans Rs 56.4 crore for a textile unit. Prior figures were regrouped.
Revenue growth may support returns, while expansion, low profit growth, negative operating cash flow and a large outlay raise funding and execution risk.
