Aurum PropTech's board approved acquiring 100% of Locon Solutions (owner of Housing.com) from REA India for about 458 crores via share swap. Aurum will issue 1.97 crore equity shares at 231.42 per share to REA, raising REA's stake from 5.54% to 24.90%. Also, 51 lakh convertible warrants will be issued to promoter at 231.42 per warrant, about 118 crores. EGM on August 14, 2026. Expected completion by September 30, 2026. Locon's FY25 turnover was 687.46 cr.
