On the reaction day the stock moved 2.2 pts more than Nifty Midcap 150 and 3.1 pts more than its Non Banking Financial Company (NBFC) peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

AIIL invested INR 1,102.5 crore in Omkara PS 05/2025-26 Trust, which bought Wind World India debt from NARCL. The total issue size was INR 1,225 crore. AIIL received 11,025,000 security receipts of INR 1,000 face value each on October 1, 2025, representing 90% of the issue. Wind World provides maintenance for about 4,500 MW of wind turbines and owns 550 MW of wind assets. This corrects an earlier disclosure.
With 90% of the trust issue, AIIL's INR 1,102.5 crore investment makes recovery of Wind World debt a major risk and potential value driver.
