Authum agreed to acquire 100% of BIC Cello (India) Private Limited for cash, at an enterprise value of INR 153.34 crore, subject to closing adjustments. The target makes and distributes writing instruments and stationery. Its FY25 turnover was INR 353.07 crore and net worth INR 30.38 crore, down from turnover of INR 499.66 crore in FY23.
