On the reaction day the stock moved 2.1 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Autoline Industries allotted 32,65,000 convertible warrants at Rs 75 each (total about Rs 24.49 crore) to promoter Mr Shivaji Tukaram Akhade on a preferential basis. The allotment was done via a board resolution passed by circulation on February 5, 2026, following shareholder approval at the EGM held on January 2, 2026. Each warrant can be converted into one equity share within the permitted time, which may lead to promoter stake increase and possible equity dilution later.
Promoter confidence signal via fresh capital infusion, but conversion of warrants will dilute existing shareholders equity in future.
